All images captured and edited by the photographer are the intellectual and copyrighted property by Miguel Cantu, MCANTU Image and are protected under U.S. and international copyright laws. No rights are transferable by this agreement.

By downloading or purchasing any image from this gallery, you “the user” , agree to a personal-use license only as listed below.

Download and share the image on social media and personal websites with proper credit to the photographer where feasible: macantu_22
Share on web/mobile applications (e.g., Strava)
Digital use on personal website and portfolio

You may not:

Use the images for commercial purposes (advertising, sponsorships, brand promotions, etc.) without written permission. Exception(s): Tagging brands on personal and non-collaborative social media posts IS allowed.
Sell, trade, license, or give images to third parties including brands, sponsors, media outlets, or agents.
Alter the images in any way that harms or misrepresents the photographer’s creative intent.; Except for converting to black/white, graphic text overlay, cropping or resizing for printing, website, and social media display.
Claim the work as your own.

If a brand or sponsor wishes to use the images directly, they must purchase and obtain a separate commercial agreement license directly from the photographer. For commercial or promotional use, please contact Miguel Cantu at macantu92@gmail.com to discuss licensing options.
